SANTA MONICA, Calif., - Downtown Santa Monica, Inc. (DTSM) is entering an exciting new chapter of entertainment and dining, signaling a continued economic revitalization for the area. The investments are a clear indication of the confidence business owners have in the future of Downtown Santa Monica, and the efforts they are making to support the community.

Food enthusiasts and tourists alike will be able to enjoy the new dining options, including MIXT, Tu Madre, and McConnell's Fine Ice Cream. Indecisive eaters or those who simply want variety will love Kitchen United MIX, the nation's first "multi-restaurant ordering" platform that uses innovative technology so guests can order for dine-in, pickup, or delivery from several independently operated restaurant brands, that opens soon. Kitchen United MIX's Third Street Promenade location will feature eateries such as Duck Donuts, Santa Monica Brew Works, and Calico Fish House and an outdoor eating area unique to this location.

Nearly 18 years after its launch, female founded active and lifestyle brand, Beyond Yoga opened its first brick and mortar store on Third Street Promenade in Fall 2022. The 4,000 square foot shop will serve as a one-stop shop for activewear and feature inclusive sizing, maternity, men's, and toddler options. As part of the company's commitment to empowering women, the store will also stock products from six other women-owned and operated businesses, including Sticky Be Socks, Dagne Dover, BRK, and Sundays.

"We are committed to fostering a business-friendly environment in Downtown Santa Monica, and these new additions are sure to be welcomed by locals and tourists alike," said Andrew Thomas, CEO of DTSM.
