A participatory storytelling show about change, growth, and destiny. Storyteller, Johanna Middleton, will spotlight story-worthy moments in her life that have informed the trajectory of her current life path, while encouraging her audience to reflect on the pivotal points of change in their own lives. Stories include reflections on plumbing emergencies at work, boycotting Yelp, and the coming apocalypse. PG-13. Johanna Middleton is a LA-based art maker and educator with a passion for telling black/woman stories and creating spaces for women and people of color to share their own stories. As an actress and performer, she has appeared on stage, on the web, and in film/television. Favorite credits include Netflix’s Dear White People and a web series she co-wrote and co-created, Bwitches - an intersectional feminist comedy about two women who happen to be witches.
