The next board meeting is scheduled for January 24, 2019.
The District Issues Committee deals with hands-on management of Downtown operations including the Ambassador Program, parking structure maintenance, ICE at Santa Monica, newspaper racks and restrooms as well as infrastructure updates. District Issues Committee meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 10 a.m.
The Access/Circulation/Parking Committee focuses on issues related to Downtown circulation including bicycles, parking structures, and traffic mitigation. Access/Circulation/Parking Committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 9:15 a.m.
The Executive Committee is the personnel committee for the Downtown Santa Monica organization. Executive Committee meetings are scheduled as needed.
Overseeing the budgeting and auditing processes and day-to-day finances is the responsibility of the Audit & Finance Committee. Committee meetings are held the second Wednesday of every quarter.
The Lincoln Steering Committee will advise the Board of Directors on budget allocations, ambassador services and other programs, and expenditures from the capital improvement fund for Zone L of the Downtown Santa Monica Property-based Assessment District. It is comprised of property owners from Zone L or their representatives.
