Entertainment Zone Rules
- You must be 21+ and wear an official EZ wristband.
- Only alcoholic drinks purchased from participating EZ businesses are allowed. No BYOB.
- Alcohol must be in a non-glass, non-metal container.
- Finish your drink before exploring another bar, restaurant, or shop.
- Please enjoy alcoholic beverages within the Entertainment Zone boundaries - Third Street Promenade from Broadway to Wilshire Boulevard.

I am a business on the Promenade. How do I participate?

My business is not on Third Street Promenade. Can I still participate?
At this time, only Third Street Promenade businesses with an alcohol license can be part of the Entertainment Zone. We are actively working with the City of Santa Monica to identify opportunities for businesses not on the 1200-1400 blocks of Third Street Promenade.
My business is on Third Street Promenade, but I currently don't serve alcohol. Can I still participate?
Yes, but you must first obtain an ABC license and undergo Alcohol Server Training with the Santa Monica Police Department. Please contact Martin Ronzio-Garcia at martin@downtownsm.com for more information.
