The District Issues Committee deals with hands-on management of Downtown operations including the Ambassador Program, parking structure maintenance, ICE at Santa Monica, newspaper racks and restrooms as well as infrastructure updates. District Issues Committee meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 9:30 a.m.
The Access/Circulation/Parking Committee focuses on issues related to Downtown circulation including bicycles, parking structures, and traffic mitigation. Access/Circulation/Parking Committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 9 a.m.
The Executive Committee is the personnel committee for the Downtown Santa Monica organization. Executive Committee meetings are scheduled as needed.
Overseeing the budgeting and auditing processes and day-to-day finances is the responsibility of the Audit & Finance Committee. Committee meetings are held the second Wednesday of every quarter.
The ad hoc Promenade Tenancy Committee was established for the purpose of vetting proposed programs, strategies and tactics designed to support Downtown's retail, restaurant, and other active uses. Committee meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of every month at 9:15 a.m.
