The City of Santa Monica invites proposals from interested and qualified entities (“Operator”) to operate and manage a pedestrian-oriented business in one of Southern California’s most famous and distinctive seaside environments.  This retail commercial space opportunity is located within the City’s Bayside District on the Third St. Promenade between Broadway and Santa Monica Boulevard.  The City is also interested in neighborhood servicing businesses that are currently under-represented in the area.
