Ambassadors
Downtown Santa Monica’s Ambassador Program was created to provide an inviting and safe atmosphere in the district. Ambassadors are trained in a variety of tasks, including: providing information to visitors, giving directions, offering escort services to employees, reporting maintenance issues and any other action that serves to make the district more inviting.

Ambassador Escort Team
An added benefit of the Downtown Santa Monica Ambassador Program is the Employee Escort Service. Safety is a main focus of the program and Ambassadors are available until 12:30am to escort employees to their vehicles.

Maintenance
In an effort to create a clean environment in Downtown Santa Monica the Bayside Enhanced Maintenance Program will maintain all parking structures, alleyways and sidewalks. Maintenance staff will collect trash, cleanse stairwells and signage, maintain restrooms, remove graffiti and flyers, power wash sidewalks and report structural malfunctions on a regular basis.
